My wife and I stopped by on 1/11/18, to look for a mattress for a renter and found one to be $30.00 to $40.00 less than the other mattress stores in town. Thank you for having such a good price.

First off, in-store experience:  Fabulous.  Very helpful, very no-pressure staff.  We asked a ton of questions, and our salesman was incredibly helpful.  He ran into the warehouse several times to check on product for us--the one in the store had a bit of damage, and he was kind enough to go out an inspect the warehouse stock to be sure it was perfect before we purchased.  Second, home delivery experience:  SERIOUSLY fabulous.  I've never had more polite, careful delivery guys.  I'll explain, but we've had two deliveries.  The first delivery was done by Kyle and Nathan on a weekend.  They managed to get an entire bedroom set with two dressers, king bed, nightstands up my staircase and not hit a dang thing--honestly, it's a tight-ish corner and it's the first time I haven't cringed when someone brought something up the stairs.  They set everything up perfectly, and called me up to inspect.  It was then we noticed there was a mix-up with the dresser.  It could've been a big deal, but it wasn't at all.  These guys were super professional.  Worked out a solution after calling their manager, and life goes on.  At any rate, they left the mix-up dresser with me (seriously, who does that?  It was awesome to have something to store my clothes in until the next delivery), and Encore kept in constant communication and was incredibly awesome about the whole thing.  Next delivery, not too much later:  Kyle and Rejo (? Not sure, can't quite read the name) were just as super as the first time around.  No damage, set-up was flawless.  We'll buy from Encore again in a heartbeat.  Probably the best furniture purchasing experience I've ever had, and I've purchased quite a bit of furniture.  My husband would say the same.  Thanks guys--keep up the fabulous work!
