We went all over town looking for new furniture. This was our first stop and then our last stop. Jazmin helped us, she was the most personable and knowledgeable person I met at any of the stores so make sure you go and find her. After receiving my couch last week it tainted my experience with mor. For the service I paid an extra $100 and my experience was not even close to worth it. They delivered my couch after 9pm on a week day, which was later then the window they gave me. The two workers brought the couch in and while they were attaching the feet the man put a chip on one of the feet, and when I said something about it he pulled out a marker from his pocket to try and cover it up. Then when I insisted he moved it to the back position he got irritated. Then on the other foot there were too many staples they said and they pulled out a knife and started cutting into the hole to try and make the leg fit. After this, the man was noticeably irritated and then left. Leaving one worker left to finish the job. I then had to help her move the couch into the position I wanted it in and help her set up the pillows. I’m not usually one to complain but when you pay for a premium service you expect premium customer service. I’m still waiting on my chair and I really hope the process goes much smoother .

We had a nice experience shopping for our new living room furniture. We were helped right away and our salesman was helpful and never once pushy. He was helpful answering questions and nicely checked stock and delivery dates for us on multiple sets. Overall we had a very positive shopping experience!

Mor Furniture has always been a furniture store we have preferred and enjoyed their selection. What’s even better about the Salem location is the highly knowledgeable and friendly staff. Janet and Tony were awesome to work with and I’m very pleased with the outcome. Definitely go there and ask for them!

I came into Mor looking for a bedroom set, I've shopped here before and love their furniture. I was greeted by Janet, she was very friendly and helpful. She allowed me to look around without being pressured to buy anything. I found what I was looking for and bought it. I'll definitely shop here again and ask for Janet to help me.

We had a great experience with Jazmin and Mor furniture purchasing a new bedroom set. Jazmin was very easy going, no pressure and was a huge help in making a decision and getting proper measurements. I will recommend her and Mor furniture to my friends and family! Thank you
