Our technician, Joe, was wonderful! We had leaking jet lines in our Jacuzzi tub that had to be fixed quickly, as we were in the process of selling our home. Joe diagnosed the issue quickly, coordinated with his manager, as well as their construction arm, to fully fix the issue, and communicated with me on a regular basis to be sure we were in the loop and understood the process. (One night he even called me at 8:30pm just to check in and give us an updated timeline on repairs.) He fixed our issue in less time and for less cost than originally estimated. He walked us through the process of function testing 24 hours after the repair to verify that the leak was fixed, and called to be sure everything was working properly after we function tested. We're very happy with the service and communication! Thank you!

Brad has been extremely helpful to me in getting an old spa up and running. He has been generous with his advice, which so far has been spot on, and has had parts on hand in most cases.

I called to get a quote for a circulation pump. I was asked if I could text some pictures of the pump which I did and I would receive a call back. I never received a call back so I called to verify that they received my pictures which they say they did. 48 hours later no call back no response won't be doing business here.

To any consumer considering using this spa repair service, this company came to my house charged me $95.00 to drive there as they said they would, and then wanted to charge me $40.00 just to take the panel off to look at the leaks if it was anywhere other than at my equipment. I understood that this would only be charged if I had foam in underside of my hot tub, I do not and explained this. Now they are saying it is because he had to remove panels, after I told them the panels were off. I never said that, my panels have not been off in months and I am NOT a liar. Yet the office manager, who is also the techs, Brad's mother in law, continued to say I did say that, it was in her notes. in addition my bill was going to be $555.00, $95.00 trip charge, the reminder for parts and labor even though it it was only going to take the tech in his opinion, who has been doing this for several years, about 4 hours some PVC coupling and hose. I was shocked, because they told me the hourly rate was only $75.00 per hour, I know what PVC coupling and hose cost, so why the overcharge? Brad explained he always estimate over in case he takes longer than estimated, my question is if he's been doing this for years why such a large overcharge he should be able to pinpoint closer than a 200 dollar gap. Not to mention he said I had six or seven leaks, the office manager said 9 or 10, going on to tell me he repaired 27 leaks on one hot tub in less than a day, but he was telling me half a day to fix six or seven, why does that not add up? I was assured it might be less, but they couldn't say until the repairs were made. I ask for a detailed estimate so I could go over it with my husband, I got a receipt for $95.00 With some scribbling that was not legible. The office manager (Mother-in-Law), stood by her tech (Son-in-Law) 100%, and informed me I would be receiving a bill for the additional $40.00 then hung up. Please note I have had many repairs made to this spa and never had such an outrageous experience, I had a pump replaced, parts and labor only $360.00.
