As accessible as other terminals. Lines flowed well. Could use better signage to direct drivers to the right place to off load and park.

Parking is easier than the erato terminal. Getting to the ship was quick and we didn't have any luggage issues.

Got off the ship and had a great porter that knew exactly how to do things right. One piece of luggage was misplaced and he stayed with us until we found it. A secret advantage of getting a porter, you get to go to the shorter express line. It's worth every penny that you are willing to tip him. We pay a minimum of $5 bucks and more if we have more than 2 suitcases. Make sure to have cash when you get off the ship. You can have the casino or the front desk give you change if you are carry big bills

Both embarkation and disembarking was excellent. Very effecient. The cab rides from the terminal to anywhere in New Orleans area is 8$ a person. The best Western in Harvey has park and cruise package with transport to the terminal.

It seems like the terminal wasn't built to handle the amount of car traffic it currently receives. I'm sure it's  difficult to design a place that can process so many people at once, but I also wonder if there's better solutions than plastic chairs, especially at the pickup area after disembarking. The staff all seemed like a pleasant mix of friendly and efficient.
