This is a really nice park but the bees are out of control and they should let you know when you reserve a spot for a party because the bees were literally swarming the food tables and the people who were eating. You need screen houses to enjoy food at this park or don't go, it ruined our party that we spent a year planning.

Junipero Sierra is your average family friendly local county park - a few short, relatively easy trails that lead up to a view of SFO, playgrounds and a variety of picnic areas with BBQ grills that you can reserve or drop in to use. There is a $6 parking fee and you can self-register if there isn't a ranger at the gate. 

Be aware if you choose to run or walk along the path on the shoulder of Crystal Springs road... Cars tend to fly around the curve much faster than the speed limit.

Bayview Shelter is a great group event location.  Private but convenient to ask the amenities.  And an amazing view!
