Picked up my favorite Asian salad today. I tried a new soup that I fell in love with instantly. I think it is called pepper soup or something with tomatoes! Lol   Delicious!!! The service is ALWAYS excellent here. The staff never pretends like they don't see you. They are always very friendly. I come often and never been disappointed!!

I tried to eat here today. Stood at the first register and no one came to help me. Moved over to the second register….literally 4 feet away from 2 members of the staff. They didn’t stop the task they were working on. Thought to myself, maybe if I grab some chips, that’ll signal that I want to order. Still no movement to help, even from another lady dressed in black that kept coming up front to do tasks. I was about to say something when the girl close to me took off her gloves and walked towards the first register and helped a couple who had arrived after me. When they were done, she started helping someone behind them. There’s still a young man 4 feet away from me that never moved to assist or even acknowledge me. I spoke up and asked if there was a reason she skipped over me. She motioned to the counter in front of her. I said I only moved over to be sure you saw me because I wasn’t being helped. At this point, she rolled her eyes at me. That was enough. Not one single word was spoken to me. It’s a shame because this used to be a great place.  It’s one thing when an understaffed team is trying to help everyone. It’s another thing when you have a customer literally under your nose and you refuse to assist her. All that needed to be said was “I’m so sorry. I didn’t realize you were waiting” or something to that effect. I left and spent my hard earned money elsewhere and I encourage the same from others.

I've been coming here since they opened in 2007 Rivergate location Regularly. Today I went in and they no longer have anything from the grill or fryer. No burgers and no fries regular and sweet potatoe. I asked if this was permanent and they said yes. Now, instead of someone bringing your food to the table everything is packaged to go. HUGE WASTE FOOTPRINT.  Over the years I had gotten to know the lady who brought my food. Annette always had a smile and was very helpful. It is now a cold, no personality place. I highly doubt it is supply chain or staffing problems. This was done for the almighty buck and to me, it shows. I won't be back.

My mother and I eat there a couple times a month. Annette usually waits on us  She is so personable and my mom really enjoys her conversation. We have seen her there for the past few years.. Everyone is always so nice  Dietary restrictions: They&#39;ve started serving a really good gluten free bread and they are always willing to accommodate if we need  something a little different.

First timer at Just Fresh. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. The environment was open and relaxed, with good music. I got the Bahama Mama wrap and my wife got the Godfather. No complaints at all and we will be returning.

Took a friend for lunch. I got a pineapple mango smoothie and it was delicious. My friend got a sandwich and she stated it was really delicious. The woman who brought our food to the table was very nice and even got us extra napkins and brought them to the table....will definitely go back....

Yesterday night we were at rivergate location and had ordered "Kale yeah" salad but the salad did not had even a single leaf of Kale. Not only that, whatever leaves were added were not at all fresh. May be because we ordered a go to salad and after coming home there was no way to go back and say that its not what we ordered? Take a look at the photo and tell me why the leaves look so stale. Anyway, overall we were very dissatisfied with the services and will not return.  Thanks, KB

We definitely recommend this restaurant.  Our food was fresh and tasty.  Service was excellent.  We liked it a lot!

Awesome healthy and safe eating. This is the way to go. It’s a lil pricey but great food you pay now or pay later with your health. Eating processed foods. No processed foods here. Fresh is definitely worth the price.
