Outstanding, above and beyond service from Tiana and Kate. They need to be commended. My Signature Whiskey-Glaze Chicken Sandwich was wonderful, with a nicely grilled chicken. It's a great tasting burger. If you want your onions caramelized you'll need to ask when you order. The fries are nice and crunchy on the outside, and soft on the inside. I love the tiny ones that are crunchy.
We went today around 3pm and were told there was a 40 minute wait due to being short staffed. However it only took 15 minutes and since we were already sitting at the bar for shots, they gave us the table close to the bar. They only had one waitress, the bartender and 3 cooks plus the hostess. Food came out hot & everything cooked perfectly, the customer service was amazing! literally no complaints! I don’t remember the bartenders name but he was great.
They have the impossible cheeseburger, killer onion rings. Well lit, the music is a little loud...service was friendly and fast, very attentive to get our meals together. Good job guys. Great variety of menu items for everyone. Wishing that they would open up a store in Rock Hill...
I hadn't been to a TGI Fridays in years. Had dinner to catch up with a friend on Sunday, 2-20-22. There was a decent crowd for a Sunday afternoon. I ordered the cajun chicken & shrimp pasta. Definitely needed more cajun seasoning; wasn't spicy at all. Our server was pleasant and made sure our drinks stayed refilled.
I placed my order at 11:00. I went to the restaurant. My salad was not ready. Waited 45 minutes. I drive 25 minutes to get my salad I get home and there was no chicken on my salad. Called the restaurant 5 times and the restaurant number goes to a cellphone number that does not pick up. I am not driving back tonight but they will not get away with scamming me out of my money.
Nope. Got delivery. Loaded fries were actually cold fries and two tiny cups of cold cheese. They were supposed to be melted with extra things on them. $11 for that. Tried to melt it myself and it was disgusting. Mac and cheese was $5 and was not good either. All together $25 wasted.
Disgusting and will not be back ordered salsa and chips they were old and had no flavor , had to send them back immediately ordered The Caesar salad with salmon and my salmon was burnt try to get through it until my fiancé tortillas came out and they were burnt as well asked to speak to the manager about this mishap and all he did was Say he would take off 15% when the meal should’ve been 50% off since I didn’t eat the salsa and chips and couldn’t even finish my salmon I feel as if the manager handled this situation poorly he didn’t even care walked away and brought us a new receipt with no explanation of what we pay for and what was taking off there was no breakdown of what we ordered just a receipt with a price tag wish I could give this Experience a zero
Great staff! Food is good depending on whose cooking. I ordered Cajun chicken and shrimp. That meal on that day didn't come out very tasty. I was surprised but I spoke with the manager who could accommodate me in the future. Steak and cheese burger is my favorite!Food: 4/5
Update June 2022. I had to update and give stars. The place was clean. They did have gnat issues. Perhaps get an service to handle them. Also clean well and remove their food sources. Everywhere I sat, gants!! I didn't not see the service staff I was in 2021!! That is a plus. The staff that was there was pleasant and professional. It wasn't crowded and the food arrived in time. I may need to return after sometime to see if the gnats are gone. Called it a stress treat!! ---- 2021 Below The waitress that attend the table was pleasant. The food was okay, not memorable. The soft drinks and sweet tea are under the waitress control but with a bad appetizer then the main course still nothing from the bar. I originally asked for a mudslide. It didn't arrive in time for my meal.. So I asked for a beer. As I get through the shrimp and chicken pasta, 10% meat and 90% pasta, the mudslide arrived. No beer!! I had to walk up to the bar and ask for my beer. The manager and bartender were at the register. They definitely remember me without seeing me. I asked for a beer since I was eating my meal without a drink. He asked why I rejected the first drink. By then I was disappointed at the timing of an empty bar and shotty potatoes skins. The manager promised to stop by. He didn't. I had to summon him before paying for my bill. Once he arrived, he apologize but I was very disappointed. He seem to want to blame the waitress but... How did he know about me when I approached him about the beer then try to push the mudslide in a sharply cut bottom glass???? I told him, that drinks makes the money at restaurants and they need to fly out. If the bartender was away, let the customer make another decision. Don't have them wait until they are almost finish with their meal. Also step up and apologize with the drink in hand with a proper glass that isn't damaged as a good will. TGIF isn't the place it use to be. When you make hard potatoes, bacon and cheese with one dipping sauce to share, isn't a good start. Having the customer wait for a bar that isn't busy... Not good. As for the manager, yes the waitress does share some responsibility but it you that should have stepped up. Not keep asking me in the middle of apologizing about the drink I reject after I just asked for beer to swallow the dry potatoes and the 10% meat and 90% pasta dinner. Last, I did go in the afternoon the place wasn't busy as you can see in the pictures.
FOOD WAS NASTY.. I ordered through Uber eats and omg .i had Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta .. This was the nastiest spinach dip and pasta I ever had. Worst spinach dip I ever had it had this weird weird taste …waste of $40 huge. Slices of tomatoes just there . Very nasty taste .
