This local, family business in Tampa, Fla, is designing and building swoon-worthy outdoor kitchens, fire pits and pizza ovens. When we started to build our house we wanted to add an outdoor kitchen and bar. We were told by our design builder they use Just Grillin as their exclusive sub for all of their outdoor kitchen, bar, and grill needs. We decided to design and build an outdoor kitchen and bar outside of the builder and worked straight with Just Grillin. Doug, Hollie and the team were extremely professional, and knowledgeable. They matched the design we were looking for and helped us all along the way to select the right features, materials, and upgrades. Once the home was complete they did a very thorough and good job on time installing the outdoor entertainment area, and everything was built wonderfully. Doug came out for a visit to provide proper care of all our new appliances and features, and recommendations for operation. I would recommend them to anyone. We did price out and meet with other vendors prior to selecting them, and consistently it was clear the detail, thought process, and care did not go into the design like it did at Just Grillin. They use top quality vendors to give you the best selections of stone, granite, and appliances, and have extensive experience so they know what works outside, and will stand the Florida weather. I will continue to use their store for our grilling needs, and so happy we had them build our outdoor kitchen and entertainment area.

First time here went in looking for a new regulator as i assumed they would have grill parts. They didn't have much (3 or 4 in a pile) but associate said they would be too much for my grill. I'm cool with that. Could have left it with some questions as to why i needed one or solutions to try in order to solidify the customer relationship. I would have then felt good about my visit and probably looked around to buy some other stuff. Instead, associate decides to push a whole new grill system for like $500 to $1300 bucks. What!? I just came in for a part. I get that upsells are to be expected but dear God... sales team needs some training and not to look at customers like big bags of money with dollar signs on them because i won't be back after that. *Edited for response to company representative* Hi Sam, First off I want to preface by saying thank you for the response. It's always nice to see small businesses personally take action in less than stellar customer experiences like my own. I have since ordered the regulator I needed online and it arrived today. Installed it and the grill is working spectacularly. While I appreciate you taking the time to invite me back, my needs have since been taken care of. Thanks, Matt

They have a lot of great items grill-related for sale here. The staff is friendly. If you are lucky, they might be grilling something up when you come by and let you have a taste.

Great customer service but seems like every time I come in to buy wood pellets for my pellet grill they seem to always be out!!! Terrible. Especially since I have to go somewhere else to buy them other than here.

I bought a Grillmaster gas grill as part of an Outdoor kitchen that Just Grillin installed. The burner and deflector plate needed replacement under warranty. After 6 weeks of emails, phone calls and even stopping in to see them, the only answer I got was they were waiting to hear from the manufacturer. I asked to speak to the owner and was continously told he wasnt available. Very poor customer service. June 20. As an update. I was contacted last week after my review was posted, by Celia (? Don't know if the name is correct) and was told that the parts had been ordered and would be here in a week or so. Once the parts have arrived and installed, I will post again as to the result. Sam, I don't want to post the other names on here but if you will contact me directly ( you have my phone number) I will provide the names of the people I talked to.
