Awesome store for tweens and kids! I love that they feature many stuff and how they do initials. There prices are a pinch high, but other wise this is a great store!! 😀😀😀😀😀

While bringing back a few pairs of jeans that my daughter didn't fit we were extremely dissatisfied with the customer service given to us by Erica. I believe that is her name. She is listed on our receipt but took over for a different girl whom was much nicer but needed some assistance. The pants we needed they said weren't in the store so they were looking online to do an order. I had been in a few days earlier and a nice lady said to come around the side to make sure they were ordering the correct items, so I did the same this time. The first lady was very friendly and wanted to help. She made sure the right size and items were what we were looking for. She was rudely butted out of the way and the not so friendly Erica took over. She was rude and told me to come back around the front. I explained to her we've gotten the wrong order before when did an online order but she insisted we couldn't see our own order from online. She had an attitude the entire time she was helping and as I walked away leaving my mother in law to take over before I lost my cool I saw an entire rack of the pants that "were all gone". We were able to find one of the 2 pairs we needed. This lady was extremely rude and shouldn't be greeting customers. The first lady we originally had was friendly and wanted us to be satisfied. The 2nd lady Erica wanted nothing to do with our concerns and was rude. She let us know she couldn't honor any of the other jeans because they were bought too big during the $10 denim sale. She wasn't helpful and gave dirty looks to my entire family. People like her shouldn't be working with customers who've come in to spend their money on your products.

Justice is such a cute place! I always go there to get my clothes, backpack and everything!
