Really disappointed with the quality of hairdressers recently. I've been coming to this location for 2 years now. But I've noticed lately the people I've been getting are less and less experienced. And the prices have gone up as well. A couple weeks ago i got one of their $28 haircuts. when I remember it used to be $21. And I know they price by rank of staff member, but the person who cut my hair obviously was not worth $28. She gave me a bowl cut and I asked her to even out my fringe/side-bangs. She just completely chopped them off. I was so unhappy with the results. I left the salon embarrassed. I definitely did not receive a quality haircut or professional hairstylist. I used to love this place because their walk-ins were always simple/available, and the people who took care of me really took care of me. They seemed like they genuinely knew what they were doing and considered my preferences.  But for some reason the hairdressers I've seen the last two times have left me with horrible looks and it's going to take me months to grow my hair back to it's original length. I'm upset and will no longer be coming here for any further hair business.

Miserable shopping experience here. They only had one pair of the buy 1 get 1 50% off jeans I wanted so the associate said they could order another pair, I said OK great! Long story short, it took 6 weeks and 3 separate trips coming back into the store to get my jeans because the associate ordered the wrong item. On my 3rd trip into the store there was another frustrated customer who said she'd also made multiple trips  because they lost her online order- TWICE. I'd like to support these struggling brick & mortar stores but with customer service like this why bother?

I "luv" the sales people in the curtain department! "Luv" the cashiers at the front registers/mens department.   I shop here often and find GREAT products!  Name brands and wonderful QUALITY!  Great sales and credit card rewards!

The messiest JCP I've ever been in. Clothing and belts all over the floor. Clothing thrown all over the displays. No employees around to help find items. Very disappointing!

My boyfriend and i went to get some photos taken at the portrait studio. The lady there was very controlling with what background she thought would be the right one for us. Also she didn't even ask our names. So the whole time she called me ma'am even though my name was the name on the appointment. She went through the session so fast that in between photos i didn't have time to compose myself. She was terrible and didn't listen at all and was extremely condescending. At least the photos were cheap with a Groupon.
