I was taken here by my boyfriend as a birthday gift on Monday. One of the most memorable birthday gifts he's given me so far. This was such an amazing experience for the both of us. The second we walked Nadia, the receptionist was extremely professional and sweet. We were scheduled for a couples rendezvous in which we were taken to a room and given massages, wine and chocolate. His masseuse was Nancy and I had a gentleman from Dominican republic ( if that helps, can't remember his name), they were both very attentive and paid attention to problem areas. We both felt so relaxed after receiving our massages. Following our massages we were taken into the jacuzzi room, which also has the steam room in it, and given 45 minutes of private time in there. Once in the room we were given our milk and honey scrubs on a soap dish, it left our skin feeling so refreshed.Once it came time for us to leave we were charged $21 for tax, gratuity is up to the customer, although they have a recommended percentage fee. I do intend on coming back to Luxe Den and I highly recommend this place to couples.

Wao!!! I really had this place as been a profesional place. But yesterday they proof me wrong. I had book a appointment with a day in advance for my wife. Don’t get me wrong not everyone there seem to be as unprofessional as this employee. But when we got there the the employee by the name of Elva had the nerve to call the girl from the front desk to ask her what she was getting done. And turn around to tell us that she has a person. I don’t know how you guys work the booking process but I will understand that if she didn’t have a space available for my wife i should have been told the day before and not wait until i got there on time to come out with this childish act. You guy don’t have no right to be play with people time I will not recommend this place to no one.

My husband and I never seem to find the time to get away. My sister got us this spa treatment on Groupon and when I tell you it was one of the greatest experiences ever. Wow! The ambiance, the care, the atmosphere. Everything was well thought out and well done. We will definitely be going back again. 😉

This was a wonderful experience. She made my hair look AMAZING!! I’ve always had a bad relationship with my hair, I’m so self conscious about it, I would rarely wear it out of a ponytail. 
I almost cried when she was done. 
It took almost 4 hours, but she was so lovely and patient. 
It’s incredible was balayage can do. 
Anyone looking to do it.... ITS WORTH IT!!
And you have to do it here.

The staff was absolutely amazing! I purchased the Couples Rendevous Package and it was just as expected and looked just like the photos on the site. We arrived early and were greeted by one of the masseuses who brought us to the locker rooms to change and directed us to a lounging area. When it was our time to start our package the masseuses explained how everything was going to go, from the massages to the private time. It was very very clean in the spa as well! I purchased my package on Groupon and saved myself over $100!
