For the amount of money I spent on my nails they should have been perfect. Not the case. I just didn't love the ambience there either. Just was not spa-like enough for me.

Best massage ever. I was in extreme pain before my massage. Afterwards I felt so much better. I was able to enjoy my vacation. Thank you

Although this Red Door location is small, service and privacy was absolutely perfect. The Chatwal is a quiet retreat from the bustle of NYC>

I absolutely love this spa! It is small, which makes it feel very personal. The staff are so friendly and management was wonderful. The waiting area is smaller than the one at fifth avenue but again, it makes it feel more personal. I love that after your treatment you may use the jacuzzi and salt water lap pool. My first spa day at the Chatwal was last month and I have already booked again for this month. The hot stone massage is so relaxing!!

I really enjoyed the service, my masseuse was very attentive and gave me a massage that I wanted, and the space was intimate and quiet - very unique from any other Red Door Spa I've been to. I liked that the space was intimate, you get your own changing area and steam room, and that there is a sauna and pool. I also really liked that it was quiet, you don't hear any street noise. Loved my first experience here."
