I was planning to board my dog here for 2 weeks. Scheduled a temperament test over the phone a week ago because he hasn't been at this facility before. Got my pups vaccinations updated at the vet a few days ago to ensure he was up to date on everything. Upon arrival I am turned away because he doesn't have a canine flu vaccine. Wasn't told over the phone a week ago that this was a requirement. Not happy that I wasted a week waiting for this temperament test and part of my morning sitting in rush hour traffic driving to the facility to accomplish nothing. Need better communication with new customers.

Steve Brown is a very capable trainer.  My dog and I just completed an Intermediate Obedience Class, which was our second class with Steve.  We will definitely sign up for Steve's next class.  Steve communicates well.  He is tuned in to dogs' behavior and knows their body language and cues.  He is a good instructor, and with his help, I've made great progress in training my dog.  I highly recommend Steve.

Spent $2,000 on the learn for life two week program. Months later my dog is not even welcome on their playground due to "behavioral issues". Ironic?!

This place is great and provides top notch service for my dog.  My dog likes all of the workers but he especially like Tommy and gets very excited when he hears Tommy's voice in the yard...so much so that he about rips the leash out of my hand to get inside so he can see his 2 legged and multiple 4 legged friends.  K9 can take care of your dog over the weekend or on the holidays and even can come back smelling fresh and clean for you and any company you might have with the bathing services they provide.  I highly recommend this place for all your canine needs.

For a business that supposedly prides itself on customer service, I was extremely disappointed by their inability to effectively communicate with their customers about critical information. In this case, we were turned away at the time of service because we did not have a "canine flu vaccine." We had previously fully disclosed our pet's medical records and had received regular grooming services since November 2016. No mention was made of any change in vaccine policy when the appointment was scheduled several weeks prior. The business appears to rely on an automated system for tracking vaccine status, including providing automated updates when vaccines are due. Given this fact and the atypical requirement for canine flu vaccine, this is an unacceptable circumstance that resulted in considerable waste of time and inconvenience that permently lost our trust and business.
