I needed an emergency shampoo for my Schnoodle Brooklyn. I was very appreciative of a same day appointment at 4:30 (they close at 6). The young lady working the counter was really nice however, the services were extremely rushed. I asked for a shampoo, trim, nails & sani-cut which she said would take 5 minutes so I kept asking individually if each service would be provided & she assured me they would. Brooklyn's head/face were not touched...she still had eye crust & curly hair on top and you still can't see her eyes. Her tail was still curly & the cut on the back was very jagged. I really felt compelled to make this review because as a first-time customer looking for a new groomer, this gives me no desire to return.

We take our Dog here about once a month for a trim. Prompt and outstanding service. Kind and experienced groomers. Highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a groomer.

Was so grateful to find Uptown Pups! Our dog always looks amazing after her grooming appointments and I love that they don't crate her at any point.

Took my golden retriever for a bath after using pet smart for a year, and this was the only place who could take him. I'm glad they came through when I needed and my dog looked really good. Small location but the results are worth it.
