Came here looking for dress shoes for my wedding because they had low prices well apparently at K&G if you want cheap shoes you get cheap service I asked one of the employees (the gentleman with vitiligo,don't know his name) near the shoes if he had a shoe in my size in the back he said no so I asked if I could get a discount on some OBVIOUSLY RETURNED shoes with sidewalk scuffs on the bottom and wear on the heels he said no then instead of helping he yelled at my pregnant fiance "hey lady get the shoe horn for him right behind you!" My fiance then asked "where I don't see it?" Then he replied still not helping any just pointing "right there can't you see it!" She finally saw them and handed me one and the guy stormed off. So me and my fiance are like alright whatever he's useless let's just go up and ask if they will discount after explaining to the manager that they've been obviously been returned she kept insisting they were never returned and it happened in store while people try them on I don't think it's right to pay 50$ bucks for shoes someone wore once, returned,got past the employee returning it and now they're trying to get full profit back on them (you wouldn't buy a 2005 Civic for 20k right? 😑) So we left to Als formal right next door where they rent patent leather shoes for 20$! So if you're looking for some nice shoes that you don't want to get hustled out of your money go to Als it's MUCH better prices and service

I cannot believe the nightmare I had here. Needed a specific suit for a wedding. I spent literally and hour looking for the suit and no salesperson even remotely close by or approached me to help. Finally someone came by and asked if I needed help, and I told the lady I needed a 41R, without even looking at the suit she said ‘yeah we don’t have that size’... ummm ok. After another 45 minute search I found a jacket that was 40R, so I grabbed a pair of pants from another suit to make a complete suit. When I went to check out the cashier told me something was wrong, Called the manager over and told me ‘you can’t buy a suit for $50). Ok well I understand the jacket was priced at $50 and the suit at $140, I’m not trying to rip you off I’ll pay full price for the suit. She then told me I couldn’t do it that way, and I pleaded with her saying I really need this suit for wedding. Her response...’and we don’t really need another mismatch’. My jaw dropped. The Incompetence is unreal. You already have a mismatch...I’m not leaving you with an additional mismatch and I’m here to spend money! She then suggested I buy the full suit AND this mismatched jacket. Now why would I need two of the same suit!? I walked away and will never be going back. Shame on you K&G. Worst experience ever. Stay far away.

I have always been happy with their service until my last visit. They tailored my shirts incorrectly (top 3 buttons were so tight they barely buttoned), then gave me new shirts and said they would be another week. When i returned, the new shirts hadn't been touched. They measured me again and told me they needed another day. They were better, but not great. Once I got home, I took another look. Two are probably going in the Goodwill box. I will wear the third one, but it isnt what I asked or paid for. I will not go back, ever.

Great accommodating staff and lots of options for your attire, especially suits, suit accessories and casual clothing. They do frequently have limited supplies of common sizes, so there is a certain element of "hope and pray" involved in the shopping experience if you find something you like.

Went to get a new suit and accessories for upcoming weddings. John helped me pick everything out and was knowledgeable about every detail. It was a highly personalized experience and I'm very happy with all my purchases. They are tailoring the suit right at the store and I'll have it in a week. Highly recommend.
