It's a pretty typical bargain department store. The selection is nice but it always seems to be super busy at this location. Overall it's a great place to get new stuff at a discount.

I love coming here. Employees have always been nice. In this case of the store being filthy it's the customers that trash the store in about 5 min. I've actually seen it people drop stuff they leave I was taught you pick it up if you drop it take care of your shopping people or it's going to be gone.

Being second busiest in Colorado I have to say we do try. The store is a lot for us as well. Constantly busy, multiple people in our faces a day. We get what we can done. A lot of times yes, we are short staffed. We have employees constantly in and out. We can't make people stay and we can't make people come to work. No one really likes to work in such a busy environment. We do try keeping everything together and in it's place but that lasts about a day because the customers take care of the store horribly. Maybe if people knew how to shop not so messy and carelessly, it wouldn't be such a mess. The night crew only has about 4-6 people. It's hard monitoring the people when we are constantly busy. Just know we try as hard as we can, & try keeping up with it the best we can. We as employees ask that you guys as customers help as well. Pick up after yourself. Want the line to go fast ? Take your clothes off the hangers. There's hanger racks in the line. Help us so we can help you guys. Thank you..

I stopped into this Ross yesterday and it was the worst I've ever seen it. The store was so messy with items all over. The clothing racks were ridiculous with everything mixed all together, men's, kids, woman's etc. All the shelves were disorganized with things all over the floor. I managed to find a couple of things that I had come in for and of course the checkout line was very long. While I was in line 2 cashier's closed their registers leaving 2 with a still long line of people not to mention the line in the returns/exchanges. At this point I put my items down and left. This store is almost always completely disorganized, so messy and apparently understaffed. Even though this is the closest location for me I will be making the extra drive from now on to shop at a clean organized Ross where they have enough cashier's to keep thier lines moving.

The store is in disarray, the checkout line is much too long, and the fitting rooms close 3 hrs. before the store closes. The regular customers should demand better and the management should be reprimanded, the employees should be retrained, and all should be held accountable to higher standards for the store.
