Today I came to Walmart to get a few things with my sister. We bought water alarm clock ibprofen deodorant and hand soap. Once it was time to check out the lines were terribly long so we walked to electronics to see if they could check us out because we had to go pick up our kids so we were in a super big hurry. Jordan who works in electronics ASKED us if we needed help and told him we needed to checkout now and he did it with a smile on his face and was super super sweet with us! I have never been treated so well at a Walmart ever in my life so I wanted to take the time and let everyone know there is a great employee here that cares about customer service so thanks again Jordan in photos!!!

I like Walmart. I usually get in and out in no time flat. I know where everything is at. The only thing I do not like very well is the merchandise that is placed down the middle of the isles it's pretty hard to get around when you meet up with 3 to 5 shoppers and there's a big pallet in the way. Other than that have no problems

I cannot say enough good things about an employee in the hardware section named Brooke. She is arguably the best employee I've ever seen in that store. She is so kind, helpful, funny, and knowledgeable. I look for her when I come in because she knows everything in her department and all of the other departments on that side of the store. I have encountered her working all over the store because she's damn good at everything there is to do in a Walmart. She has made me and my son fishing licenses, got me set up with a new cellphone, and mixed me 3 gallons of paint in about 20 minutes. She runs circles around her coworkers and she does it while being very entertaining and fun. It would be in this store's best interest to keep her on their payroll for as long as possible because they desperately need someone like her. If you're ever in this store and need some help, ask for Brooke in hardware and she'll get you squared away quickly. I used to HATE this Walmart, but Brooke has certainly changed my opinion of this place. Now I come in regularly.

What I’ve heard that here isn’t safe due gunshot few days ago but now I see four police officer here which I felt security. So far staffs are friendly and this place seem ok. I could smell too much which is little bit bother me. Update: some staff not willing to help, I see an employment with Walmart tag and vent, I ask her question but she immediately interrupt and said hey I’m not clocked in. I’m sorry and she walk off. She extremely rudest!! Star removed.

Left a bag of dog food on the cart in the parking lot after being stopped on the way out and asked for a receipt for said dog food. Call next day and talk with a representative that says I can bring the receipt in and get another bag or a refund. I come in today and the customer service people get out there procedurally generated checklist of stuff they have to do and can't do when interacting with customers. So this means she goes into a little hand written list of items that people report as being left on the cart in the parking lot. If your item was found, you get to get another one! Wow, yes, I can definitely see someone turning anything in everyone is just so wealthy right now and that must explain why they're shopping at walmart. So obviously the dog food wasn't on the special list and you know, there was just nothing else they could do for me about it. I'm sorry, have a nice day! That's it. So I'm down $25 and a lot of my patience and any shred of respect I had left for walmart. Go anywhere but here for all of your needs, ideally shop local. But stay away from this walmart it is a seething cauldron of angst and disappointment.
