Quality and value have gone way down since ownership changed. Pizza delivered cold; delivery driver shrugs, stating, "it was in the bag" with no apologies offered. Once heated, pizza is decent, but nothing exceptional; despite paying close to $3 additional per topping, received a sparse sprinkling of onions and dehydrated mushroom; pretty dissapointing. Won't be spending my money here again; many other options for good Pizza in the area.

We have been ordering here for 4 years and have noticed the quality of service has gone downhill over the years. Our past 4 orders have been messed up. 1 time they tried charging me more than my slice order total. By 5 dollars, not some change. I had to pull up my slice order on my phone to prove it. Second time they tried charging me in addition to it being paid for through slice. Had I sent my bf to pick it up, he wouldn't have know better and would have paid it. 3rd time we had delivered...order completely messed up and had to wait for delivery guy to make his rounds to get it corrected. Now this time only got a 3/4th of the order. I ordered it, bf picked it up. When he got home item was missing. I called them. the counter girl told me that since we picked up the order, they would not delivery the missing item. We are not even a quarter mile away. But we weren't going back into blizzard because of a mistake they made. Now I have to go to the app to call and get a refund on missing item.  I explained that this was the 4th time our order had been messed up. Counter girl could give two $#its. Asked to speak to manager, he wasn't around. She said she would credit me for next time. But there won't be a next time. I'm hungry now. Looks like we are going to be looking elsewhere for pizza.  Shame.

Amazing food reasonably priced super friendly employees I'm not a red sauce kinda person and theirs is the best around  and they serve all beef products no pork wich is rare all around great place 👍👌🍕🍔🍟

They have good Salads. However,  when ever I order a lunch special there is always a problem ... I have spoken to the manger  more than time.. Today my order was wrong and he refused to even talk to me. I will not be ordering from this place.. Food is good, customer service needs an overhaul
