KM Resorts has a nice little series of campgrounds that you can visit via membership.  All of the campgrounds that we have stayed in have been close to a main road so there's easy access. They are in country settings near small towns which we like a lot. They all have hookups available and if they don't have sewer hook-ups they always have a dump site available. There is generally a picnic table at each site. There is usually a nice community fire pit or two, and they all have a clubhouse where you can gather for potluck meals, breakfast, coffee, game nights, socializing and even watching some TV. There are free showers and rest rooms available, and a coin laundry as well. Most of these have older buildings but they're kept clean and nice and the grounds are kept mowed and neat. There are usually some pretty flowers trees and shrubs. However the campsites are close together, and often just on patches of grass. We have found many to be very uneven. It can be very hard to get your coach leveled properly. And in rainy Washington mud can often become a problem around the campsite. With all those things in mind we really enjoy staying at KM campgrounds. Overall they are very nice with very nice hosts, and the membership is an awesome deal if you like to camp often.

We were welcomed very warmly. The Valentine's dinner was good and fun. The clubhouse was great, as were all the other facilities. Great management.

We came in for an appointment today to talk about potential membership at their Fife location. Our consultation was with Skip and he was nice enough. Though they literally will stop at nothing till they can get you to sign up for one of their memberships. They will not take no for an answer. Extremely unprofessional. First, they walk you through old raggedy poster frames with decade old photos of their apparently run down facilities. Then they show you a decade old home video of the same. After that, it's time to seal the deal. This is the part that feels very "scam" like as others have noted numerous times below. I tried to explain that I would not sign up for anything sight unseen. Especially for exceptionally high sign up fees (which they are happy to break down into payments). They would not let up, bringing another employee into the room to double team their efforts to pin down a sale. I wanted to see a campground before signing. They could not understand that. My guess is they did not want me to see the camp grounds that were run down 10 years ago when they took the photos and video. If they don't spend money to update their marketing materials, does anyone really think they put any money into the parks? They also lie, flat out lie about the cost of camping elsewhere. Very aggressive, deceitful and not trustworthy. I will not give this company the time of day in the future. I'm 100% certain they are in the business of stealing people's money.

This park is very nice. It's a short walk to the beach and the beach area is usually fairly quite. The only down side was the lack of cable channels even though we paid a small fee for the service. This isn't normally an issue except when the weather forces you inside.

This company has been very difficult to deal with. We got the "you won a $2000 campground membership" pitch and free 2 night stay coupon. However, when we went in to claim our prize, we were given the upsale speech because the initial win was for only one of their parks in Elma only. We were given a same-day only offer to enroll in a premium package...not given the opportunity to spend the free nights or check out their properties. This offer was made by Adrian, who also truly mis-represented false information. We paid $500 down and payments of $115 per month.
Forwarded to over a month later; we didn't receive any ID cards, no numbers and began payments. Finally called in to ask what's going on after taking it upon ourselves to check out several parks to view them, including RPI and coast to coast package. We used the books they gave us (outdated) and found a specific area, we had signed up to include, had been sold 3 years prior. KM's campgrounds were not what we expected and needed upgrades as well. Even the cheaper furnishings and some musty dwellings. We did end up meeting with the owner, Kevin, about it, who was pleasant and reassigned us to Jackie (his neice) to follow up with us. She got us our ID's and we were offered an upgrade package at a "employee" discount. This never came to pass and we were given false information again about using the campgrounds, especially in conjunction with outside campgrounds. Not true and there are many other additional fees not disclosed. So, our package was over $7,000 and we haven't spent even 1 night. We stopped payments when we realized we were scammed. Presently they have put us in collections with Bayside Recovery (not local and very rude) and no one has assisted us since. All they have to say is "you signed the contract." They did say we could resume payments, but added that we won't be able to use it until paid in full. Now our credit ratings are messed up and they have run it up over $8,025 so far. We are seeking legal advice and believe they should face consequences in how they are affecting lives. We are on disability and social security. They don't care about anything but the bottom line. I had contacted Jackie about the possibility of working something out, but nothing followed. I will not recommend them to anyone at this point. I hope this helps someone else to be cautious of the information when making their choice in joining this company.

Funny thing is that if they are so good as they state and have real concern for their purchasing members, there would not have to be pressure sales and word of mouth advertising would speak clearly for them.
