Watch your wallets at K9 Loft. 

I'm very disappointed in how this place treats their customers. I won't be returning. You'll spend a lot of money here. And once you hand it over, well, you're on your own.

They took my money but did not render any services. Would you call it "theft"? Kinda feels that way. 

It was an unfortunate miscommunication that I'd hoped we could come to some understanding on. My phone was just stolen and I'd missed their call to remind me of my appointment to have my cat's teeth cleaned. She's an old cat who suffers from gingivitis and her heart is too weak for anesthesia. K9 Loft's services are not cheap. But my cat is worth it.

But K9 Loft kept my $25 downpayment and had the nerve to try to schedule another appointment on the spot - double dipping, anyone?

I encountered a curious, profit-driven lack of compassion from an outfit that we're supposed to entrust with our furry family.

I tried to explain my situation, but they would not budge an inch. Taking your money and rendering the least amount of services seems to be the business model here. 

Fostering return customers and building good relationships with the community isn't part of the program.

Took our puppy there for day care as well as socialization and play with other dogs. Keep in mind this puppy is being raised with two young children and visits the Silverlake dog park once a week to play with other dogs. Never had an incident. He has never bitten anyone... except for one new employee at K9 Loft apparently... She claims our 7 month old puppy bit her while she was spraying him with water. And because she has reported this, our puppy now has to be isolated from other dogs during daycare. A liability issue, they say. I'm skeptical. At any rate, we will have to seek another boarding facility. Sucks. Feels to me like at least one employee isn't very experienced with dogs.

I was told that their employees are there to look after the dogs to make sure they aren't doing anything aggressive or whatnot. Later I find out that none of them have ever been trained on how to handle pets. 

So now every-time I happen to take my dog to this location they instantly isolate him into a cage. This place doesn't really seem to have people who care for animals, they are just here to make sure they stay alive.

Brought my small dog in for simple grooming (was told it takes 2-3hours) got a call back after 5 hours! She spent the day in a cage; no food no water! Haircut uneven. Staff rude and dismissive. No.

The owner himself is extremely unprofessional. I don't think he realizes he's in the business of getting both negative and positive feedback and finds it ok to argue with customers. Look at most of the reviews of dog abuse or animals dying in their boarding. Spend your money and your time elsewhere. Photos posted are where the owner finds it acceptable to harass me after I asked in the first initial message not to be contacted, he seemed to cop an attitude that I was replying back and being "vulgar" because he doesn't know how to shut up and stop contacting clients.
