You can walk in here and be seen fast and the pharmacy is under the same roof. Everyone is working hard processing and helping people and consider the speed to which I was seen and released it was amazing. I walked in with flu like symptoms, was seen and released within 30 minutes with meds in hand and parking validated! You can't get that anywhere else. 5 stars all day long and anyone else who is complaining honestly must just be an angry person in general lol

In and out in less than 10 minutes for lab work! Amazingly talented and courteous staff! Thank you

One of the many bad things about Kaiser is how not empowered their staff are to make decisions to help their patients. The rules always have come before care in any of my interactions with the staff. I have never felt more alone than when I am trying to get help from Kaiser.

Why give appointment and I still sat 45 minute before take time to take my b/p and that the only reason I am there. I check in and I sit or the next 45 minutes until I ask what the problem, Then it some one come out and take my B/pressure , By now it sky high and I have sit for ( 1) and 30 minutes for something that take less than 15 minutes. You got to do better. I take my B/p pill every day by 6:00 am, I am really being stress out just by stress. and staff,

I've never had any problem with the Capitol Hill location until tonight. We came in for a 6:00 CT appointment and sat for over an hour. The receptionist left at 7 and no one was here to admit any of the other patients. They told them to call a help line...which no one answered. We asked the technicians who came out to admit x Ray patients and they said they would check....and then they never came back. Finally at 7:30 one of the technicians came out and asked "you still here?" At which point I said we'd been waiting for over an hour and I wanted to know what was wrong and why it was taking so long. She said they had a bunch of emergencies prior to us coming in and they just had a chance to sit down. While I want to have compassion on their experience, a) they could have shared that information an hour ago if they knew it would be a wait for us b) they could have apologizes c) it's their job to work through emergencies and see their patients. This was poor customer service, poor medical care and poor bedside manner. I really hope this was a fluke bad night because it was really unacceptable to treat people who are waiting to potentially find out already bad news this way. Update: I just wanted to follow up and say thank you for the phone call and this response. It makes a HUGE difference! Ownership and apologies go a long way in making the customer feel valued and heard. Mistakes happen, people are human- but thank you for being willing to follow up and care for your patients' experiences.
