After receiving a short notice of the passing of a family friend, I contacted Kaleidoscope Florist and asked if it would be possible to make a delivery one hour prior to the start of a funeral? Without hesitation, my order was taken. I received confirmation of the delivery as well as a picture of the item that was delivered. "TOP OF THE LINE" service from a "TOP OF THE LINE COMPANY" with an awesome staff. Thank you for providing such an exceptional level of customer service!

Excellent service, amazing staff and their arrangements are always fresh and creative. They have delivered for me time and time again, never a bad experience. In Florence or the surrounding area, there is no one better.

Kaleidoscope Florist goes above and beyond! I live out of town and called to order an arrangement for a sweet friend who just had a baby. The man who took my order was very nice. All i requested was sunflowers, which they had in stock. My friend sent me a photo shortly after of the most beautiful, bright arrangement! I couldn't be more pleased with their service. Highly recommend!

I'm only giving one star because that's the lowest I can go. Terrible human being and completely rude. He shows no compassion for his customers. He was bold enough to say he didn't need our $3000 order to pay his bills without it. I will never go back and encourage those to go elsewhere as well.

Love the creativity and reliability from Kaleidoscope Florist!  I've been sending my Mom their lovely creations for years.  Being out of state I can place an order with them, I usually choose the designers choice,  and feel confident that it will be delivered on time and not only will my parents be impressed but everyone who sees it will ooh and ahh!
