Won't deliver to the hospital because they are scared of the flu. Order from Dean's if you want to send flowers to sick loved ones. Apparently, they have studied up on how to avoid germs. I'm giving two stars instead of one because the woman on the phone seemed nice, although uninformed on the spread of contagions.

Will & Dees always takes care of me when I need them! Sometimes I have been in a pinch and have forgotten to send flowers when I needed to, and they really saved me by working over time to get my order delivered...and always beautiful arrangements! THANKS SO MUCH, WILL & DEES!!

My husband ordered flowers to surprise me. They ruined the surprise by calling me instead of him. The flowers were not what he ordered. They were not what the picture showed. It was supposed to be a full bouquet and it was flowers placed here and there. For the price, the quality of care that was put into it was not there. He made a complaint and they said they would fix it and deliver a new bouqet. It never came. Unfortunately we won't be using them ever.

I called from out of town the day prior to my aunt's funeral and was very happy with the customer service and guidance in price points along with the choices in flowers and presentation. My family said they were beautiful and stood out from the rest. Highly recommended. Thanks!
