Talked to the delivery man about not leaving the flowers upstairs in the sun. Instead asked  him to put them on the downstairs porch on the table. Came home to find flowers left in the sun, upstairs on a chair and 5 damaged roses in the arrangement.  Would not recommend.

My family ordered flowers for me through TeleFlora.  Mitchell's said that they were delivered which was not true.  They then delivered part of the order a day late.  They said they combined the order(they ordered two sets of flowers from two different people), which was not true.  My family upgraded to premium and I got a regular order.  The people on the phone were rude as was the delivery man.  May be good if you pick up in person.

I was out of the country and had a problem with my purchase going through. I contacted Mr. Mitchell via email. He was prompt and polite, he worked with me to get my flowers purchased and delivered them the same day. I will definitely be doing business with this company again in the future.

Horrifying!!Do not waste your time and money.I had a meeting to discuss my wedding day flowers which I thought went well until I showed up the morning of our wedding to pickup as scheduled.The bouquets and bouts.were nothing like what we had discussed which was extremely disappointing then to top it off I was suppose to have ivory petals...enough to line each side of the aisle and she had a small box of bright yellow rose petals and a few ivory thrown in that were green looking.I mentioned how nothing here was what it was suppose to be and she had me pay for it and suggested we go to KROGER!!Why on earth would I do that??I shouldn't have even paid her but I was then in panic mode and desperately wanted flowers for my wedding even though they were nothing as planned.I'm hoping this review will help someone not make the same mistake as I did trusting this lady to do her job.No Stars!!

Ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughter. I live an hour away. The flowers were delivered as expected and she loved them. Thank you!
