POOR CUSTUMER SERVICE. 12/5/17. 2:50 pm. approx. We needed a part, they had it there (we had called ahead) and the clerk wouldn't sell it to us. He said my husband wasn't certified to put a $6.00 part in that we did buy down the street 15 minutes later. No certification needed either. By the way...my husband IS certified but the clerk already made his mind up and we didn't have time to waste. I never want to hear small businesses complain they don't get enough business ever again in that area. He actually told my husband to go somewhere else and not nicely either. I wish we would have gotten his name. I would like to rate less than 1.

I am not very happy with the Customer Service my daughter experienced on 4/22/15 when she walked into Rew's in Mitchell to look for a TV for her son's room. The Lady that was working told her that she should spend more time reading to him instead of putting him in front of a TV. I can honestly say that she is lucky that I wasn't there at that time. I work in the Customer Service Industry and Lady, let me tell you, that was not called for. If you knew why my Daughter wanted a TV instead of assuming why she wanted a TV then you might think differently. Needless to say, you lost my business and more business my Daughter would spend there. Some people are quick to judge and that is what is wrong with this world. Also, You are there to sell TV's Correct?????
