The fact that it takes so long to get an appointment with Mr. Kasaby is one thing. The fact that we get an appointment and get there on time only to be waiting for more than an hour and have the secretary try to tell the waiting clients to leave and not say our opinions out loud is outraged. Then defend the fact that mr Kasaby doesn’t take into consideration the other clients time and gives certain clients hours of consultation is in my opinion insensitive and rude. Mr. Kasaby when we first came to you you assured us it would be 6-12, it’s been almost 4 years. We come to you looking for reassurance and only get treated in such an insensitive and rude way. Today we came to you for legal advice in a criminal/traffic case, now my husband will have to face the possibility of incarceration and deportation, breaking up a family of 6.

I can't say enough nice things about all of my helpful people at Kasaby's! From Maria Tamayo, to Gina, to Mr.Kasaby himself, thank you for all you do for my family! We appreciate all the time and effort you put into our lives, not because you have to, but because you care! I will forever recommend you all to everyone I know!

Lucy yokimishyn that works with kasaby is the worst unprofessional person in that office. Ive had to ask her to have some kind of customer service skills and not interrupt me when i speak as ive allowed her. Ive left several messages for her to give me a call and when i spoke to ask why i havent got a call back from her. She would ignore my question and put me on hold and never come back on the phone. Anyone who is working with her in any case would agree she is terrible, and doesnt care about people.The times ive actually spoken to kasaby he has help and takes his time to actually answer my questions and concerns. But because of his employee lucy i only give 2 stars. Everyone who get lucy, please ask for someone else to help, you will be very glad you did.

I would encourage anyone searching for an attorney in the Omaha area to contact Kasaby & Nicholls. They have handled several issues on our behalf, including working with us when we lived out of state but had a case in NE. Paul Forney, the attorney at the firm who handled our most recent situation, was outstanding! Prompt, responsive in communications, forceful but professional, extremely competent - and he was able to push a resolution that avoided a lengthy, expensive court process. Truly worked in our best interests. An outstanding firm.
