This law firm will NOT back you. Don’t waste your time or money with this firm as they especially Mr Whelan will NOT keep their word on what they will do for you. By them Misrepresenting and not objecting to false claims they cost me my children. Stay away from this firm!!!

Yes Whelan is expensive but guess what? They are to the point and get the job done right w no BS!! A HUGE bonus added too is that the overall staff there is AWESOME!! Criminal and/or Family- they truly have your back!

Whelan is a bulldog. He represents extremely aggressively. The only downside is that he's very expensive. Worth it. But expensive.

This law office was very unhelpful. They were seeking a contact to our payroll department to garnish a fellow employees wages. Fine. I gave them contact and that was that. Then days later the law office is emailing other departments at my place of work about garnishing wages with my name attatched. I called to inform them again, my name should not be associated with this request as it's not for me or about me, and I cannot help further. They yelled at me and said "you're not our customer". I politely pointed out that I was helping them get the correct info at which point they continued to yell at me. Absolute terrible service.
