My personal and professional experience with Michael has been extremely rewarding. I am extremely pleased with the performance, support, professionalism, and determination of Mr. Merrick.  Throughout my case, he was always very quick to respond, made himself available during times that most would consider after hours and always patient in explaining the details/development of my case.  The entire process went as smoothly as it could have gone because of the knowledge and experience in these types of cases.  I could not have asked for a better lawyer to represent me in my case.  Mr.  Merrick was awesome!

Michael Merrick was great in helping with my lawsuit. He was the one attorney in Omaha that actually listened to me and took on my case. He was easy to get a hold of and listened to all of my concerns. He was able to help me win my case against a former employer. I would definitely recommend Merrick Law Firm!
