If I could remove the star, I would do so.  First and foremost, I try to reach someone by phone and it is always closed.  The phone number I called keeps telling me that I can apply online.  I tried to access the site but the site is down and has been since the 15th of Dec.  I did take in account for the holidays but this is the worst setup.  Good luck to anyone trying to get assistance.

Call ahead folks.  Was turned away.  Hours differ.  Impossible to reach by phone.

My experience was horrible their rude wont let a person speak and were extremely not helpful at all the legal aid office as a whole needs to be disbanded and restaffed with people who actually care and are trying to help someone not these evil rude people currently working their now i wish i could give a negative 5 star because 1 star is way more than they deserve
