Very difficult communication, no show for job. Was told they would be here in two weeks (Prior to signing proposal), but after, they said two months! Took six phone calls to find out why. Asked for, but never received a call back. Finally said they would come when weather got nice. It did, but they never called to schedule job. Fed up. Canceled!

I can't say anything to their service, but I tried for a week and a half to get a technician to come out and clear a slow drain (about a 30 minute job for the company I eventually used). I talked three separate times to the call center person and each time they claimed they passed my info off to the technician, but I never received a call back. Its one thing to be unable to perform a service call, but to completely ignore customer inquiries is another.
