After reading all of the positive reviews below, I decided to go with Plumbing Installers. Unfortunately I did not get the same positive customer experience that they did. Attention to detail is not something that was a main priority with the remodeling work that was done to the bathrooms, as things were not aligned/centered properly and just generally some sloppy work. Some of the problems were due to issues with the house, but they didn't even try to find a solution to make things right. And when I asked them about it after the work was done, they just brushed me off like it wasn't worth their time to do a professional, quality job. They rushed us into making decisions and even selected some of the remodeling items themselves, without us realizing what they were doing before it was too late. They did good on the plumbing, and I might recommend them for that, but I would still be quite hesitant to recommend them for any remodeling work. I got no response whatsoever from the owner about the concerns/issues I had during or after the work was done, even though I tried to contact him several times. Unfortunately I wish I just would have went with someone else, it was a disappointing experience in that they were not professional in all aspects of the job. Update 7/18: I felt that I should provide an update to my review for anyone considering hiring Plumbing Installers for work in their home. I had issues from the work that Plumbing Installers did, based on poor workmanship, that I wanted them to fix. They initially ignored me and then when they finally addressed them, they simply dismissed them. They then tried to pay me off with a low sum of money where they wanted to be no longer liable for any issues incurred from the work that they did and they also wanted their warranty to be voided. I originally thought that the money offered was for me to pay for someone else to fix the issues I have from the work Plumbing installers did and the warranty would still be maintained for everything else not taken care of with that money. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. They do not honor their warranty as stated, as well as the no quibbles guarantee listed on their website. They are deceitful and unprofessional when it comes to the consumer and them following their own business standards they have listed on their website. They basically wanted to pay me off to let them off the hook from any current/future issues and to prevent me from stating the truth about the job they did. This not a company which one should consider hiring if they want a quality, professional job done as well as having coverage for the work they do in case something goes wrong.

Matt McGuire of Plumbing Installers LLC has completed many jobs at my home, including installing a water heater, unclogging a drain, replacing a privacy fence, repairing porch steps including a concrete foundation and fixing a gutter. Matt has a background as a general contractor and I'm confident recommending him for many types of jobs, not just plumbing. He is very easy to work with, very flexible on times when he can work and billing and costs are explained up front. Matt will give you many options of how a job can be done to suit your needs and budget. Give him a try, you will not be disappointed!

Needed a pipe under my sink replaced. They were able to come out quickly and fix it. Very professional and easy to deal with. Will definitely use them again.

I recently moved to the country and had Matt and the guys at Plumbing Installers do some work on my home which I'd bought to fix up and sell. I chose plumbing Installers on recommendation to remodel 2 bathrooms, install some new outside faucets and bring the tired old kitchen up to date with new sinks, counter tops and cabinets, and to replace some really shoddy plumbing the guys before left for us! They did a wonderful job from start to finish, Matt is very friendly and honest, and didn't try and sell us on things we didn't need. He helped us choose the best products to suit our budget and pick a design we love! The bathrooms are fantastic now and there's so much more useable space, and the kitchen has had so many compliments we almost couldn't bear to sell the house! I really can't recommend Matt and the team at Plumbing Installers enough for any remodeling or plumbing work, great to finally find a dependable tradesman locally who doesn't charge the earth and takes pride in their work as we'd been struggling to before. Top service, nice guys and they left the place cleaner than most maids would.
