VERY impressed with this business. Dustin was very knowledgable, quick, and extremely polite, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend. Ofcourse we had plumbing issues on a Sunday when typically you wait forever and are charged "emergency rates". After receiving subpar customer service and quoted at least $250 from another business, I googled a local company and I will never call anyone else for a plumbing issue. Quickly cancelled the other service. Pleasant man on the phone and Dustin was out within 30 min! Mike's sewer and Drain will get the job done and do business right.

Great customer service. I called at 830am and spoke to Mike, he said he could have someone here in 1 hour 30 minutes. Chad showed up right at 1000, very professional and personable. My problem was fixed within 15 minutes. I was very satisfied with Mike's Sewer and Drain and will be using them again when a problem arises.

I would definitely recommend Mike's! They showed up quickly, explained everything clearly, and got the job done in a timely manner. My basement wasn't a wreck when the technician left and he was very polite and considerate of my home. The price was reasonable as well.

Excellent service! Called for a stopped up drain and had a technician at my door within 45 minutes. Extremely reasonable pricing as well.

Professional, prompt, and fixed my clogged drain. Saved about $100 compared to Roto-Rooter and they didn't try to up sell anything.
