Well, for starters.. walking in and seeing what I saw was not expected at all. The place looks dirty and smells like a basement. I walked in expecting to look for a prom dress since I did see that the place advertised that they sell prom dresses. The guy looked at me and my two other family members and said that they do not sell prom dresses. I looked around and clearly they did sell prom dresses. What bride is going to wear a bright green dress with big gems on it? Either it was the way we looked or the size they saw on us that they just turned us down. It honestly made me feel some type of way that they looked at us a certain way and blew us off. Either way, it's their loss on money because who knows? We probably could've found something.

Loved the service I got here. It was a wonderful experience. From the greeting I got when I came into the door, to the helpful and polite suggestions, and lastly the customer service when I called and asked questions. I brought my beautiful wedding dress here.
I am not the first person to jump into a dress in feel like a million bucks, but I felt like the million dollar bride my husband tells me I am in this dress. 
 Here are some photos. The quality of the dress was fantastic. She expedited a dress order in less than 3 month, and it fit like a glove. After 4 hours of dancing, the dress still looked fantastic! Thank you for wonderful demeanor and helping me find & receive "The Perfect Dress".

Jennifer was amazing and so helpful. She really knew the dresses in the store and offered a lot of different ideas for modifying the dress to make it exactly the way I wanted.  Also really took the time to make sure I had the full effect when trying on dresses by clipping the dress well, fluffing the dress out and adding a veil. I couldn’t be any happier with our experience.

This place is a hidden gem.  My family and I enjoyed our low stress experience to find the perfect dress.

This Bridal Shop never seem to have any gowns and every gown seems to be a sample nothing off the rack very unfriendly and cold attitudes almost like they don't want you there the location is terrible and so is the parking I'm surprised this place is still open
