I have had the pleasure of dealing with Orin Jewelers in Garden City on several occasions. I have always been greeted by very friendly and welcoming staff. They are well versed on all of their products and go out of their way to help you find just what you are looking for. On my last two visits I had the pleasure of dealing with Margo. Margo went above and beyond when it comes to customer service, both professionally and personally. I would highly recommend a visit to this exceptional establishment if you are looking for quality merchandise and exemplary customer care.

I wanted to do something extra special for my Mother and Brother this year and I knew I would find that at Orin Jewelers. And to my surprise I was introduced to Mr. Orin and his lovely wife Joyce. Margot was a delightful Customer Associate and was very attentive to my requests and helped me find the perfect gifts for Mom and Jim. Not leaving the store without a hug and shaking of hands my visit was very comfortable and merry :)

I was very pleased to have come here to have my Mother's ring repaired, the associate Matt who is the manager there waited on me, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He talked me through the process of the repair, letting me know the turn around time and what they had done to the ring at pick up. I'll definitely be returning here with all my jewelry purchases and repairs!

A friend recommended this place and I decided to stop by to grab a birthday gift for my daughter. I did not have to to look at the jewlrey like I wanted to but I can say the staff was friendly and informative. I will return for my next jewelry purchase.

Very professional and personable. We've been doing business with Orin Jewelers for years and have been 100% satisfied with their service. They offer a wide variety and beautiful pieces. We definitely recommend them!
