If I could give zero stars I would...  Without a doubt this was the worst customer service I can remember which I believe was plagued by bigotry and judgement.  Robert the sales rep became very awkward initially when I told him the ring was for my partner (looking for women's diamond rings) and continued to barely acknowledged me let alone look me directly in the eye because he was too busy trying to discourage me from shopping.  It was as if I was putting him out or wasting his time nor considered a serious buyer.  He had the audacity to tell me that a particular display case was probably too exclusive for me, meaning too expensive as he provided the price point, yet we had not even discussed budget although I was specific I wanted at least a one carat or more center stone in addition to side stones and assuring I knew depending upon the stone it would be around another $8-10k.  He left me several times to help one other but barely return then I had it making my exit without as much as a have a good day or a single word.  It really felt like a Pretty Woman moment.  Sadly, I actually loved the selection, pricing wasn't a bargain but would have considered making a large purchase had the opportunity been allowed to unfold.  If you believe in principle and equality please consider not shopping here.

Carter's was fantastic in helping my fiancee and myself with my engagement ring. Lauren was extremely patient and knowledgeable when I went to choose my setting. My fiance was very happy with the service when he went to pick out my diamond. My ring was custom made and it is PERFECT! Highly recommend!

Really friendly and helpful jewelry store. They are never pushy and go out of their way to help you. They have a great inventory and fair  prices with fairly frequent sales.

Carter's helped my fiance create the most amazing ring and was splendid in helping me create a custom wedding band to go with my engagement. Always super friendly and helpful.

We searched all over the place and online for a ring that I liked. I found ones that were sparkly and others that were pretty but not the one, until we got to Carters. I found a ring I loved but I wanted it in rose gold. They worked with my fiancée (unbeknownst to me) to make us a custom piece. I love the engagement ring and matching band they made for me. Great service and always friendly when we come in. They even used the center stone we had with the ring they made. I just wish they weren't so far from us!
