Very knowledgeable and fair. Made sure we understood what the problem was and why it needed to be fixed. Weren't pushy either... showed us what was most important and let us make the decision on what to fix now and what could be fixed later. Then helped us get financing so we could get it done. KC Complete Auto Service really has it all!

I was in a bind an a saturday with the wife and daughter in the car after another shop said they couldn't help me.  Got me in right away, fixed me up, and got us back on the road.  Highly recommended.

My check engine light came on so I took my car in with no appointment. I intended to leave my car for the day and rent one down the street to get to work. Unfortunately no rental cars were available. So I was going to risk driving my car with the warning light on and return the next day with a ride to work arranged. Instead they rearranged their schedule to run the diagnostic and at least let me know how critical the issue was. They were able to identify the issue and fix it quickly so I didn't have to make a return trip. And the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely return here for my next service.

These guys are super professional and very fast.  They got my car fixed the day I brought it in and I needed A LOT done.  Their labor cost is relatively high but like I said they are fast.
Local guide tip: These guys are great when you need your car fixed Fast.

I used to be terrified of mechanics because something else would always seem to break after I visited them. But not with these guys. They are honest about what is wrong and upfront about price as well as friendly. They also are a complete auto shop so I have a one stop shop for everything.
