Early winter, furnace went out and needed to be replaced. Keith and his crew got us the info we needed to make an informed decision. We were back in the warmth ASAP. Over the past two and a half years we have used Keith Pumper Plumbing and Heating for several different projects. Upon our move into Northfield, our realtor recommended the firm to correct a non-conforming sump pump installation, noted during the home inspection. The work began at the sump with at least fifty feet of piping for water to exit the back of the house rather into the adjacent wash basin. The next project was the installation of a Reverse Osmosis system which was followed by an extensive project to run RO water to three locations. First to the first floor main kitchen to supply the new refrigerator/freezer, then to the new sink and refrigerator/freezer being built in the finished walk out area. The Pumper team then provided both the water supply lines and soil piping to complete the new walk out area kitchen. Another significant project was the addition of two new gas lines that covered the entire length and width of the house. The first line went through the lower level finished ceiling to the floor of the main kitchen in order to install a new gas stove. The second gas line went to the other end of the house to the fireplace in the family room, which was to be converted from wood burning to gas fired. The most recent project was completed this Fall with a battery backup sump pump to significantly reduce the risk of walkout level flooding, upon an electrical power loss. The folks who worked on the projects were very competent, flexible and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing project that may come your way. They have been on time and on estimate in all cases.

Kieth Pumper plumbing and heating is a professional and competent business. Greg Swanson was responsive and complete in his quote for the purchase and installation of a new AC unit after a tree fell on our old one during a storm. The actual work was completed around my family's schedule in a timely manner. I don't remember the name of the installer, but he was a solid, well mannered young man who was efficient and hard working. He stayed past his work day to get the job done when a couple of issues arose. Kieth Pumper was patient with my insurance process as well. I couldn't be happier with the experience.

Same day help with our broken toilet. Brian the plumber was friendly, knowledgeable, capable and quick. He cleaned up after himself as well. Highly recommend.
