Wanted to buy desktop put on hold for 2 days, was priced $100 over ebay. kept $20 instead of allowing me to get another product or matching price. very limited inventory. Learn how to format a drive and shop ebay.

This place treats people poorly, owner actually followed someone home to threaten the customer based on their poor service! Don't come here find another place!!! Customer service matters reviews matter!!

I was very impressed by my interactions with the team here.  I was frantic and upset when my laptop simply stopped working, but I was given honest directions and instructions.  I was never pressured to spend money, and was even given a full diagnostic for free.  If anyone needs to have their computer checked out, I would recommend their services whole-heartedly.

Great service always willing to explain what's wrong,reasonable rates.  Used them several times.  They are my go to people when I need repairs.
