Friendly staff, 100% helpful, cleared up all confusions I had, went here after a unsuccessful trip to another TMobile store.  Definitely will drive out of the way just to work with this store.

Long wait if there is more than 3 customers... Too long of a wait just to pay a bill.

Whenever I go here the in-store reps are super informative, kind, and always let me know if I can get a deal. They're real good at tailoring their sales pitch to me specifically so by the time I leave the store I feel like they've set me up for the best possible devices and accessories that'll work for me :)

Friendly & helpful staff. The did not pressure me into buying a phone or make me feel bad about having bad credit & they got me a very VERY nice phone with only a little bit of $ upfront
