The employees are very helpful but the wait time is extremely long no matter what time you get there. I recommend setting an appointment before you head over.

Tony and Angel went above and beyond to take care of me. I was promised a free tablet from the Lancaster location and Angel took time to call customer care and fix my issue. Tony went into the account and found that I was promised a free tablet. They really took care of my issue. Outstanding customer service. Shout out to their manager for training them well!!

Nice people but terrible service. Multiple times they have wasted much of my time with no solutions. Go to a different sprint store.
