First, we are a family who lost their home to foreclosure, but were lucky enough to keep a lease on the property while the bank did a short sale. When we signed the lease, the realtor presented the attitude that he would do what he wanted, when he wanted...very unprofessional and unpleasant. He showed up and put a lock box on the door while our child was home alone, and left without communicating the code.

Second, a realtor scheduled a showing at 7pm on a Sunday night AFTER we told them it was not a reasonable time...that anytime before 5pm was reasonable. He walked up to the door, told my husband that he knew we'd be eating dinner and inconvenienced, and walked right past. I was asleep on the couch, and dinner was being cooked. My husband followed him into the basement and asked him to leave. This company continues to schedule showings without consulting us (random realtors showing up every day) outside of our agreement and make it a point to let us know that they will show our home WHENEVER THEY PLEASE. Its almost as if the realtor owns the property himself and takes it personal. my belief is that they want us out. Out of their way.
