When I came in, I was instantly welcomed, and when I sat down, I was offered refreshments and snacks. Right away I was comfortable! They even brought out a coloring book and crayons for my 2 year old. Janessa listened to what was important to me, answered questions, understood how I felt, and helped me every step of the way. She drove in and showed me multiple vehicles that I was interested in and discussed the differences and was able to tell me exact details about the vehicles, which I was very impressed with. When I decided which vehicle I preferred, she took the next steps, and I was informed with exactly what was going on the entire time. The finance lady helping was awesome as well. Before I left with my vehicle that day, Janessa helped me set up my insurance, showed me certain features of my vehicle, answered questions I had, and reassured me I could come back to her with any questions I might have. Buying my first car was a breeze and a hassle free experience thanks to her! I would hands down recommend buying your next vehicle at Wilson!

From the moment we walked into Wilson Toyota, everyone was friendly and engaging. We were introduced to Brad Baker. Brad was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He connected with us and made our truck purchase experience the best ever. We have no buyer's remorse and can't wait to receive our personalized calendar. The staff go above and beyond with their customer service, helpfulness, and patience. Sales reps are NOT pushy to close deals, and they do everything possible to give you nothing but the best. I highly recommend Wilson Toyota of Ames, and I couldn’t be any happier with my brand new vehicle.

I just bought a new RAV4 and as much as I dreaded the whole car trade process, it ended up being a very pleasant experience. This dealership actually gave me what I wanted for my trade. They were willing to negotiate which many places don't budge much. Josh Harris helped me with my choice. He listened to my needs and was NOT pushy. He was knowledgeable and very personable. When I finally made my choice, I went back to do the loan paperwork in the evening expecting to be there a couple hours. I was in and out in 40 minutes. This buying experience was the best I've ever experienced. After my purchase I brought my vehicle back for a few extras to be added. They gave me a loaner car and finished the work in the promised time with no delay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. I love my new RAV4. Thank you Wilson Toyota!

Best service place ever. Friendly helpful they know their business. Son bought me 4 new tires for Christmas and I now have 4 brand new all season tires and love them. Gotta say I am a lil partial though. My son works there.
