Over Priced Service:  In my experience, they fix it right--however the gouge the customer on price.  This is exemplified by their willingness to negotiate on the price for services and parts.  The last time had work done the price changed three times before we settled on them doing the work.  I don't expect to haggle for standard maintenance items--i just refused to be overcharged for basic work.  Beware of being taken advantage of by the service department.  If I would have accepted the original estimate, I would have paid $100s more than I should have
It's unfortunate, but Karl is like every other dealer service department; my vehicles won't return.

A+ Just bought my 1st Certified used truck from Karl Chevrolet :D  They have a top notch sales team. I was treated exceptionally well and given a great value.  I bought 2 brand new trucks last year from these same amazing folks. Nothing but good things to say A+

We had great service literally the minute we drove on the lot. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Not a high pressure sale..we appreciate that. Left with the vehicle I had been searching for! 😀

Steve did an amazing job from start to finish. He was able to satisfy all our needs and get us home in a new 2017 Chevy Traverse.  Ray did a great job with the paperwork! Both these guys stayed late to help us out.  We are from Minnesota but will definitely be back due to the amazing experience we had. Thanks Karl Chevrolet!!!!

The service once you get in may be ok but the gals outside putting people in order don't have a clue. They moved me around in different lines so I then had two who came after me get serviced ahead of me at Quick Lube.  It's a joke. I've been a loyal customer but that may change.  Those girls just point and motion at this vehicle and that. No clue what they are doing.
