I have the best agent ever. I was in a city that was unfamiliar to me. Involved in an accident. My agent Monica within minutes found a toe company that would drive back to Rochester to my husband's dealership. She made sure we were in, started the claim on the spot, talking to yje police officer. Made sure my son got to his college appointment. I didn't have to do a thing. Mr. Mazzola made sure we were ok. I get birthday cards. Updates and service beyond words. Kindness and efficiency to boot! Love this firm! Kudos and thank-you!.

I have had insurance here since I could drive. Monica Bowlsby has always been more than helpful. Currently have my wife's insurance and our home insurance through here. Competitive rates and professional customer service. What more do you need?

Ken Mazzola's employee, Monica Bowlsby, called the police on me after 35 years of paying State Farm on time for more than 8 family vehicles and 3 family houses insured through them. The only reason that I went to the office was because Monica hung up on me when I called. She promptly called the police when I tried to finish a sentence without her interrupting me, claiming that I wouldn't leave the office when she asked and she felt threatened. I am 65 with white hair, and 5'4". The police came and thought that the claim was so ridiculous that they did not file a police report. The police advised me to find another agent or insurance company. Ken said that his office has called the police on other customers!

My husband and I have been with them since 1998 and they are awesome! HIGHLY recommended.
