I currently have my home and auto insurance with Greg Root for three reasons. First, I priced different insurance companies and found that State Farm was slightly cheaper than the other companies.  Second, I chose Greg Root as my agent because I've known him for 14 years and he is a very good person. Third, I previously had my policies with him through State Farm between 2007 and 2010 but switched to Allstate because I got better rates for a few years. Greg Root did a great job for me between 2007 and 2010. When I left his agency in 2010 he was very gracious about me cancelling my policies and never made it a personal issue. He understood my motivation to save money and he was just as understanding when I called him up 5 years later and wanted to come back for the same reason. I have never had any negative experiences with Greg Root as a person or with his insurance company. I like that his office is fully staffed with competent people who have certain areas of expertise (Greg, Julie, Tina, and Gail) . I recently filed a claim for a parking lot accident resulting in significant bumper damage to my car. Everyone in his office was professional about handling my claim and did everything possible to fix it to my satisfaction.  I highly recommend the Greg Root insurance agency.

Great customer service both during office visits or on the phone/email. Quick response and follow up on our vehicle accident claim. A+ experience with  Greg Root and State Farm.

My wife and I have been customers of Greg Root since at least 2003 and have loved every moment of it!!  Whenever we've had issues with towing a vehicle, all we have to do is call and talk to either Greg or Christine (aka Chris) and have NO problems and have our bill reimbursed within 48 hours of submitting a receipt. We have called for questions regarding our policy and have had an answer either at that moment or within 1 business day. Greg Root has even donated to my children's elementary school during their  annual Fun Fair to help raise money!! Fantastic and have ALWAYS had excellent service and we've even gotten renters insurance as well as life insurance for myself and it's all ONE LOW PRICE that we can afford. Thank you Greg and Christine for always being there for us these last 11 years and can't wait to enjoy the next 22 years with you!

I have been a long time client of Greg's and have stayed with his agency even though I moved 20 minutes away. He came out to my house in January, in a snow storm, for my insurance quote for closing that we needed quickly.
Christine and Avery were instrumental in helping me to get insurance for my 16 year old, as I want her to have her own policy. They went above and beyond answering questions, phones calls and emails. After many quotes with different agencies, I decided to stick with State Farm for her first experience as an insured driver. 
Avery made her day when he made sure her proof of insurance was waiting at the Secretary of State the day she received her license so she could go right home and drive her car.
I have never had a problem with Greg or any of his staff. I have always been treated kindly. 
Thanks to everyone for helping me get my daughter on her way. It was a stressful day, but you made it easier Avery.
