Meemic is an outstanding company to work with. They have a professional staff who work hard to assist their clients in finding policy options that are tailored to their needs, as well as responding quickly  to filed claims. I hope that everyone involved in education will consider Meemic as their number one insurance provider.

I have been with MEEMIC since 1992. I have never had any claims but they have given very good service. The Andy Steensma Agency in Kentwood, MI has been great as well.

A company founded by Educators for Educators. It's basically an exclusive club for the education community with all kinds of great benefits because Educators (who are reasonable and logical people) tend to be a lower risk on average. Similar concept to USAA for people who have served in the us military.

The also provide all kinds of assistance to the Educational community through the sister organization "The Meemic Foundation". For example they have done school remodels in inner city districts, provided huge sums of grant money, and assisted in providing school supplies to children in need or teachers with tight school budgets. Employees often volunteer their own time to assist in these events. How can you not love a company like that!
