I want to thank Jason for setting up my car insurance, life insurance and online banking. He saved me a bunch of money and the online banking from StateFarm is very easy to use. I highly recommend calling him to save money or if you have any questions about your insurance.

Folllow up review after reading Mike's response: The fact that I had a car accident was not the reason for the "inconvenience," as you call it. The problem was that your agency added coverage to my new 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee that was copied over from my son's 1998 Buick that he was getting rid of after taking possession of my 2008 Jeep Liberty. That is absolutely ridiculous and no agent or anyone working in an agency should ever have allowed that to happen. And as if that weren't bad enough, the claim with the rental car company wasn't paid for over two months, causing me to receive three threatening letters from the rental car company. And to make matters even worse, I was told by someone in Claims that they would reimburse my deductible since I'd had to call them more than once to get the claim paid and that the cause for the trouble was all State Farm's responsibility. But since there were no notes in my file, I will not be getting that refund. And while this was going on, I found that you had put the wrong primary drivers on the policies. The insurance certificates are correct and had I not checked my policies, I would never have known and would have been paying the wrong amounts on both policies. So the only concern left is that you could have given me a call yesterday afternoon or this morning, since you knew how disgusted I was with your agency. And you could have offered to reimburse me my $500 deductible, either as I was promised by Claims, or as a show of good faith. I just called to have my polices transferred to another State Farm agency and I certainly was not given the impression that there was any responsibility taken for what went on. I bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee in May and gave my old Jeep Liberty to my son, who then got rid of his old Buick. I went on vacation in June and dented a rental car. National Car Rental sent me a note to tell me that I didn't have coverage to cover the difference between the $500 deductible I paid and the full charge for the damages. I called the State Farm Claims department and they confirmed that I didn't have coverage. I called Mike's office and was told that they'd mirrored my son's coverage on his beater to my brand new $42,000 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Makes so much sense, right? Gave me a warm fuzzy feeling knowing that I was driving around without collision or comprehensive coverage. They said they'd fix the coverage resubmit the claim but I received two more past due notices from National, with the last one threatening to take me to court and to let me know that until the matter was settled I couldn't rent from them. The last time I'd talked to someone at Claims, they told me that they'd pay the claim and refund my deductible. I just called the agency the other day when I noticed that the primary drivers are switched on our two policies. This made no sense to me since the insurance certificates show the correct drivers. After telling me that they would fix that, which does make a difference in the policy cost, I asked about the deductible refund that I still hadn't received. The next day I received a voicemail from the agency telling me that I must have "misunderstood" my coverage. I called and told them that I understood my coverage just fine, but I was specifically told by Claims that I'd be reimbursed, probably because they knew that the agency had caused all of the problems with getting the claim paid. So the agency then called Claims and told me that Claims didn't have anything in their notes to support that. I then said that if Claims wouldn't refund the $500, I would certainly hope that the agency would in order to compensate me for the errors made, the hours I have wasted on the phone, and the fact that my reputation with National Car Rental was ruined. This has been a horrible, stressful experience. I was told that they were sorry but there was nothing that could be done. So I'm switching to another agent. I am certain it will be a better experience. It can't be any worse.

Not geared towards Mike's agency in particular, but my policy was canceled with zero notification. No mail, email, phone calls.. This is troubling in times of automated bill pay, etc. Back to progressive I go. They at the least are very good at communication.
