Very disappointed with them. Brought my vehicle in had a od light blinking. They charged $70 not sure why. Invoice said plug into diagnostics and test drive. Told me I needed a new transmission. Failed to tell me it was a quart and a half over on transmission fluid and did not tell me what codes were supposedly pulled up.. next day went to the shop next to my place of employment used there scan tool finally. Diagnostics was bad shift solenoid. Replaced it .Changed transmission fluid no problems since.. Crooks go somewhere else . Being in a honest marine service industry in town makes me think who can we trust? Are they that desperate? If only google had a thumbs down with negative stars

SHERMAN AND HIS CREW HAVE ALWAYS BEEN UP FRONT AND HONEST WITH ALL REPAIRS AND COSTS. BEEN GOING THERE FOR YRS AND WILL CONTINUE TO DRIVING FROM FARMINGTON IS NOT A PROBLEM WHEN YOU TRUST THOSE WORKING ON YOUR VEHICLE! THANKS AGAIN SHERM!!!                 GORDON LUNDGREN

Wish I could leave "Fair" out of the title of this review. There was nothing fair about the service they gave me. Bought a used car with about 75,000 miles on it. IT WAS WORKING FINE, but to get things started on the right foot, I took it to Kennedy to have them change the fluid and filter and check it out. They came back and told me they had to rebuild the transmission - it wasn't going to last much longer. That little excursion cost me $2100! Oh, and on the way home, it wasn't working right. Took it back, over and over. Nope. Still not right. NINE trips later, and it was finally working again. We should be fine for a good long while now, right? Nope! 2 years later, the transmission is toast. NEVER AGAIN, Kennedy!
