I just picked my car up today after work, and after having swirls all over my vehicle from automatic car washes, Chad has my Cadillac Ats looking amazing. A night and day difference. He is easy to work with and very reasonable. But the work he does is A-1. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks Chad! I Appreciate everything you have done. Couldn't ask for better quality work!

I brought my 2009 Nissan altima to Chad for an outside detail as I was going to put it up for sale. Chad did an awesome job and really brought the paint back to life. Sold the car in less than a week for top dollar. I will be a lifelong customer for sure. Thanks Chad!

GREAT JOB inside and out! I was looking to sell my 13 year old car and I didn't really keep up on cleaning it. There was dog hair, gunk under the seats, dings and scratches on the outside. Chad made it look like show room ready. I could hardly believe that it was the same car. The day after I had it detailed I listed it on Craigslist and had it sold by the afternoon. I'm confident that the detailing really was one of the key factors for it selling so fast.
Chad was extremely friendly and helpful. He scheduled me on the day I wanted with no problem. I had originally tried to get into the place down the street, but they wouldn't even tell when they had open appointments. They just said they were booked and hung up. I'd much rather give my business to a place that understands what customer service is all about. Chad really went above and beyond my expectations.

Super happy with the detailing service we received on our van. Several weeks ago, we bought a used vehicle that clearly had driven around a dog. We suffer from allergies and purposefully have no pets, so we were having doubts about whether we would keep the car until we did some research and found Auto Detailing. Chad was very friendly, knowledgeable and responsive when I called, answering all my many questions. I think he knew how important it was to us to get our car cleaned back to an acceptable state and his shop certainly delivered. Our car was detailed and finished on time, as promised, and they even washed the exterior (we just had an interior detailing) which we thought was nice additional customer service. Now when we get into the car, all we smell is CLEAN, nothing else. We will definitely use Auto Detailing again for our detail services. Thanks, Chad, and everyone at your shop for a job well done!

I purchased a used car that was previously owned by a heavy smoker. The interior smell was very unpleasant. I contacted Chad at Auto Detailing MN in Eden Prairie and he recommended a thorough interior cleaning of all surfaces as well as the headliner followed by an ozone treatment. (An ozone generator is placed in the car with the car's ventilation system recirculating the O3 throughout the cabin.) He was up-front in stating that they can't eliminate all car odors but said the ozone infusion was the best solution. 

I was very pleased with the end results. The smoke odor is as practically gone as I can discern and hasn't been masked with another fragrance - maybe some slight remainder of the cleaning products they used. Can't think of anything I would ding their service on. It was timely - despite a heavy seasonal workload - and I was treated with courtesy and was fully informed of everything they were going to do and why they were going to do it.  The final bill was even a little bit less than the quote I received - probably because my car was very small. Overall very satisfied.
