they did flowers for my wedding when i had a cancel from my first florist... which I appreciate and came out very beautiful.  i will go to them again with any flowering concerns. also on separate occasion took my dad there to get flowers for mothers day and though they were busy it didn't lack quality.. very lovely little shop.

My wife loved the flowers but they were not what I ordered. Attached are what I was supposed to get and what I actually got. I originally gave them 1 star but changed it to 3 because they actually read my email of concerns. First I called and was ignored and I left a negative review. I asked for their email just to send pictures of what was ordered and then actually delivered. The manager called me back, apologized and provided a partial credit for the error. She was very polite and understood I wasn't trying to get anything for free. Just trying to help future delivery misunderstandings. I realize it's hard to get exactly what you see online due to availability in bloom but it's nice to know Kenny's Flowers agrees it should at least look close to the original order.

Late afternoon of October 7th while preparations were in full gear for our friend’s retirement ceremony early the next morning, my friend and l were told to get flowers.  We were not from the area so we were getting very nervous.  Luckily for us, we were informed that Kenny’s was only short distance from where the ceremony would be held.  Three hours before closing we barged into the shop and spoke with Linda.  Twenty minutes later and leaving Linda with a headache we made our decisions, placed our orders and was assured that we could pick up one hour before the event.
The flowers arrived on time and WOW!!!  Words cannot express how happy we were.  The bouquets were beautifully arranged and Linda even loaned us a special container to take them so they wouldn’t get damaged.  A BIG THANK YOU TO LINDA AND HER DEDICATED STAFF for a job well done at such a short notice.  Ladies, job well done and keep up the good work.
